What We Do

Building & Fire Code Consulting

Code consulting for new and existing buildings, supporting project teams through planning, design, permitting, construction, and occupancy. Whether through prescriptive code compliance strategies or performance-based approaches, we help develop practical solutions that support project goals and safe, successful outcomes.

Accessibility Consulting

Accessibility reviews for new construction, renovations, and existing buildings help teams understand and address applicable accessibility requirements. Our on-site evaluations identify barriers to accessibility and help project teams and building owners develop a clear path toward compliance with applicable state, local, and federal standards.

Existing Buildings, Feasibility & Due Diligence

Code requirements can significantly influence decisions related to the purchase, renovation, repair, or maintenance of an existing building. We evaluate existing conditions, potential compliance concerns, anticipated code triggers, and future needs to help owners and project teams understand how applicable state and local requirements may affect a planned investment or project. This early insight supports informed decision-making and helps teams identify potential challenges before work begins.

Third Party Reviews & Peer Reviews

We provide third-party and peer reviews of building, fire, life safety, and accessibility strategies and documentation. We bring an objective perspective to identify potential issues, validate compliance approaches, and give project teams and reviewing authorities greater confidence in the proposed design.
